Mediterranean breakfast

Mediterranean breakfast

The Mediterranean diet is a life style based on a balanced and varied diet largely made up of foods from the traditional produce of this geographical region, bathed by the Mediterranean: wheat, olive trees and vineyards.

We have chosen these staple foods for our Mediterranean Breakfast: bread with tomatoes and olive oil, cold meats, Mediterránea de Codorníu cava and must for the kids.

Codorníu is synonymous to the history of a family of winegrowers which dates back to the XVI century and which has cultivated its vineyards with respect and passion in order to obtain the choicest grapes for its cavas. We are convinced that the produce that comes from the land and the ways it is cooked have created a life style with its own habits such as strolls in the sun, informal gatherings and the siesta.

Enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast during a layback moment. Immerse yourself in the history of cava, of culture and culinary delights.
