New bus service:
BCN – Codorníu / St Sadurní – BCN

Since last March, Codorníu along with Hilsa, started operating a direct bus service that will connect Barcelona with Codorníu’s Cavas and the village of Sant Sadurní. Establishing a business initiative to join synergies in order to offer a better service to our visitors.

Buses depart Monday to Friday at 09:00 from three different strategic bus stops in Barcelona: Urgell-París (street Comte d’Urgell, 229), Diagonal-Capitán Arenas (in front of Maria Cristina’s underground stop) and Palau Reial (in front of the underground stop with the same name). Another bus will depart from the cavas at 11:50 to Sant Sadurní.

There will be a wider range of schedules for he way back journey from Sant Sadurní to Barcelona: 13:40, 14:30, 16:30, 18:15 and19:30.

The journey fare is 4€ and it will be purchasable on the same bus, though you can also use integrated TMB tittles of three zones.

With its 45 minutes journey this line has the aim to serve all the people who want to live by themselves the Codorníu Experience: travelling to the origins of cava, knowing its Modernist buildings through the labour of the architect Jospe Puig i Cadafalch, as well as the tradition of a winery with more than five centuries of history.
